We recently had a few snow days. I efforts to prepare for a weekend of sun in the Turks Caicos I went to get a manicure and pedicure. I took Aislin along and let her have her first "manicure". The ladies were so sweet to her. They tried to teach her several words in Vietnamese. According to them Aislin was repeating each word perfectly. They were really impressed with her. I couldn't hear all the sounds so I don't know whether they were just saying that she was doing really good, or if she really was. We all had a good time though. I am sure there will be many more mother-daughter nail appointments in the future :)
